- Constituent states that BFD came and opened a hydrant and that resulted in debris falling down into the sewer and a hole in the roadway. The constituent also states they have called numerous times regarding the issue and it has not yet been resolved, the constituent has tried to temporarily fill the open space, neighbors have marked the hole for people to not get injured and they are concerned for the elderly on their street as well as other residents and the street will start to deteriorate even more if it is not repaired soon.
