- Potentially unauthorized/illegal Airbnb next to my apartment. My landlord was not notified of the property becoming an Airbnb (which is required per Massachusetts law) and the Airbnb is creating a safety issue and major noise disturbances. See attached for screenshot of the listing - address is 142 w 8th st, apt #2 (upstairs unit). They also have regular occurrence of trash violations at this property because the trash can is left outside all the time.
