- I manage both 9 and 11 Harvard Terrace and I only have one unit that has already moved out in the beginning of august. So I should not have any furniture or overfilled bins. Neighbors are throwing their old furniture and trash into my yard, my bins, on the side of the houses and in front of my sidewalk. I took a pick up truck and took all of it last night and took it to my dumpster at my store, but it keeps happening. I will check again tomorrow night.. but this happens every year.. the houses on the right of 9 use the front of their house to throw their trash and then see 9 and 11 nice and clean and start throwing their junk onto both properties. This must stop. If I can fined for their trash I will be more than upset. This happens every year. I’ll update tomorrow when I drive by. Tonight I threw away other peoples furnitures and rubbish. If I have to do it again tomorrow I will be more than upset.

Noted. 9+11 harvard ter were both clean of dumped items upon arrival. Citation was issued to neighboring property for improper storage of trash and overgrown weeds.
