Description
Construction work on the neighboring property has caused dirt and rocks to encroach onto my property. A dirt pile was leaning against my fence and bushes, and soil has flowed into my backyard. Despite prior communication with the contractor/owner, only a partial cleanup was done. Since then, rocks have also come over the property line.
