- PLEASE send ticketing and more traffic officers to the North End today and tomorrow. Between move-in day and the feast, it is a mad house out here. Cars parked on sidewalks for hours on end and strollers and wheelchairs can’t get by. There is absolutely no parking for residents and no tickets are being given.
