- I manage both 9 and 11 Harvard Terrace and I only have one unit that has already moved out in the beginning of august. So I should not have any furniture or overfilled bins. Neighbors are throwing their old furniture and trash into my yard my bins again on the side of the houses and in front of my sidewalk. I took a pick up truck again and took all of it this afternoon and took it to my dumpster at my store, but it keeps happening. I will check again tomorrow night.. but this happens every year like I complained earlier this week.. the houses on the right of 9 use the front of their house to throw their trash and then see 9 and 11 nice and clean and start throwing their junk onto both properties. This is the second time this week this has happened. If I can fined for their trash I will have this as proof of this happening two times this week. This happens every year with them. I’ll update tomorrow when I drive by. Tonight I threw away other peoples furnitures and rubbish for the second time this week. I left at 3:30pm with both properties clean. I hope I find it like that tomorrow.
