- The hill on Cottage Road, off Center St, W. Roxbury (Grove) is has gotten worse. It might be a private way, but cars are getting stuck. Last night an Uber Driver’s tires kept spinning and smoking. My roommate could not come down the hill for 15 mins, she said. Also a large, sharp boulder is now jutting out and could damage the undersides of the many vehicles that come down this road. Finally, the pot holes are so bad, they scrape the undersides of your car. We do not need more filling in! It needs to be scraped/graded smooth. Please help.
