- I would appreciate it if someone from ISD could determine if this property is illegally engaging in short term rentals. There have been a couple incidents over the last week including one that required ambulance, police and fire intervention this morning that suggest short term lodging. As far as I can tell this property does not have a STR permit, is not owner occupied, and remains owned by the same individual who was at the helm during a fatal shooting of the innkeeper in 2019.
