- At 6:10 am a Black Ford Pick-up truck with a 4-wheel trailer dumped construction debris on to Saint Thersa Ave at the intersection of Myles Standish Road. The road is now BLOCKED to traffic and emergency services. The male subject speed off when I approached him. His vehicle was seen a minute later on LaGrange Street heading north towards Centre. I was unable to get a license plate number.
