Description: I believe this issue could be urgent. I am a structural engineer and a building inspector, and I happen to park in the 200 Stewart Street garage several days a week for law school across the street. I noticed this right away, but I waited a couple of weeks And finally submitting this because I am very concerned. As soon as you drive into the garage, you will see one of the locations of many. There appears to be significant structural deterioration. Spalling concrete, rusty steel plates, and cracking. There are lally columns installed in many locations on every single floor throughout the entire structure. I took 12 photos this morning, but that is only the tip of the iceberg. Some of the lally columns look unstable in are shimmed. I am submitting a very small sampling of photos here. It only allows me to submit three. Please note that there are many more locations that I could not even capture half of them. I am hoping that ISD knows about this, but felt obligated to report it because I think it is important that someone take a look very soon. Thank you for your time.
