Description: I understand there are homeless people everywhere but there is one man who is always in front of our building and the one next door. Today, while moms were waiting to get kids off the bus, he was harassing us. He kept following me and tried to get my attention by grabbing my arm. Then, he moved onto a mom with a baby.
