Description
Due to construction at 861 Saratoga Street, there has been a huge pile of cement bags right on the sidewalks intersection of Saratoga Street and Westbrook St since this morning. This is blocking the passageway for families with strollers, elders with mobility devices and other residents that may have mobility barriers, therefore putting people at risk by having to go around using the street instead of the sidewalk. |
