- Repeated strong odor of marijuana in my apartment. 3 times today. This morning at 4 AM the smell was so bad that it made me gag and made it hard to breathe and impossible to sleep. This happens several times a week and has been happening for months. The property management has done nothing to prevent the smell from getting into my apartment.
