- Recycling was not picked up on designated day, 9/12/2025, on our street. I submitted a 311 report on the morning of 9/13/2025 to ask for the city to remove the recycling at our address. instead, we were given a citation and still no one has come to remove the recycling at our address, but someone did remove the recycling down the street. Please send someone to remove the recycling. Please rescind the citation
