Description: Old report. Sent many times. The workers came months ago to replace a bulb that was out on a pole next to this one. I told him about the other and he said he was unaware even though I reported before the bulb . He said don’t call because he’ll be back in 2 weeks to fix. That was 3 months ago. Whole top is gone, very dark
