Description: For ISD: Health division. The Whole Foods in JP routinely sells spoiled food. Cartons of milk that bloat as soon as I get them home, yogurt foil seal that balloons after a day at home. This has been going on for months. They clear out all their refrigerated food from time to time but clearly have an issue with cold chain logistics and storage. Please make them fix this.
