- Catch basin had sink creating a curb that inhibits residential parking and is damaging wheel rims and causing flat tires. I reported previously but response was it they is was as designed. I would respectfully dis agree. As evidence please look at other catch basins in the alleyways. The other curbs adjacent to catch basins is only a couple of inches. Please see example close by.
