- Repair Veterans only - no parking signs at 17 Court St. New England Center and Home for Veterans. These signs have been down and not replaced since April and we have made half a dozen requests to replace them. With the construction across the street, traffic divergence with three jersey barriers. This is really becoming untenable for us to operate. Reference open case 101006169439. One of your signs has been in my office since July. Not why pic. This request has been with the department of transportation for months with no response or resolution.
