Description
Garbage and mess all over the sidewalk. When trash bags are left out at night, bums rip them apart and get trash all over the place. When the collectors come in the morning, they only take the bagged trash. When someone comes by to “clean” it up, they don’t actually clean. As a consequence, there is food trash and other filth smeared into the sidewalk, twice a week. This smells and attracts rodents. This is very basic and obvious and an embarrassment to the city.
