- Cigarettes and litter thrown in City of Boston,MA public mulch plant displays sidewalks and ground near the public water fountain, through out the street Boston City Hall near the Green Line Government Center train station. The City of Boston,MA Police and M.B.T.A. MASS Transit Police are present but do not do anything to smokers and litterers in the area. The police in the area harass threaten me and laugh instead without any empathy or regard for public safety.This activity and behavior is very dangerous and needs to be examined as the weather gets worse with the strong winds and humidity.I fear for my life walking through the area as a person of color Black,mixed multi-racial, multireligious including Asian/African /Muslim/Jewish backgrounds.
