- Large dumpster has been parked in front of 90 Chestnut, Beacon Hill for a year. No end in sight. I have asked politely but am told that renovation is ongoing. Is there no limit on time that a dumpster can remain on a street taking up parking places and functioning as a huge eyesore? Please advise.
