- The owner of 2 Moody Street continues his illegal street modifications without any interference from the city, disrupting parking for the neighborhood. A bumper which was installed into the street without any approval has damaged the road and prevented legal street parking. He further limits parking by putting up signs which confuse drivers and suggest it is illegal to park on Moody Street. 2 Moody Street already has a driveway, there is no reason for this resident to take over all of Moody Street. He will continue to disrupt access to legal parking spots and vandalize the street until traffic enforcement addresses this issue.
