- Needle in the street. Again. The city's lack of care is going to get people hurt and lead to a lawsuit. I stepped off the sidewalk to avoid a group of homeless people and almost stepped on it wearing open toed shoes. If anything does happen and I ever get stuck I am coming at the city with my lawyers because this is neflegant and letting this continue with no action for years is a failure to protect citizens.
