man selling fish in yard behind this address. | Type of item for sale: [fish] Details: [Constituent states it smells so bad from this man selling fish here everyday. He also dumps the dirty fish water here as well. Can not get this fish smell out of her home. Have tried speaking to him to get him move and he does not.]
