- A person parked their vehicle near 6 Herman St, Roxbury with the license plate covered up with a towel/rag. We have had several issues with vehicles not properly registered parking on Herman St and covering up the vehicle to hide the fact it is not properly registered. Now, this one is covering up the license plate. The Vehicle is a Dodge caravan and it looks like a very dark blue.
