- The water from the road behind our building is FLOODING our building - the water is coming into the first floor back door and rushing into the basement! This seems like a disaster waiting to happen - this building is very old and I don’t know if it can handle all of this rushing water flooding it. What is the City doing to keep rain water from flooding the buildings?! It’s literally a lake in the road and coming into all the basements on Edinboro! Are we at risk for being trapped inside? We need assistance !!!
