- Dear Commissioner Del Rio, The Red Cross donation bins at Back Bay Station Clarendon - 145 Dartmouth appear unlicensed and in violation of Boston Municipal Code §9−9.8, which prohibits bins creating hazards and requires screening from residential view. They sit directly by residents' windows and have caused documented safety incidents. If ISD lacks jurisdiction over this matter, we urgently request that you forward this complaint to the proper agency instead of closing the ticket.
