Pest Infestation - Residential

Resolved. I responded to 2 complaints regarding mice. At the time of visit I found no activity. Full sanitary inspection performed on Cafeteria. Brigham and Women's Hospital Communication and Reporting The following protocols are for the effective reporting and follow up protocols for reporting and follow up on pest issues at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Any pest related issue from a colleague or patient at the hospital or affiliated properties is to be reported to the Environmental Services Department. All reports are documented in the pest service/ sighting record and followed up by Yankee Pest Control on a daily basis. Documentation on daily service is provided after each service. Once the issue has been addressed by Yankee Pest Control the resolution will be provided to Environmental Services as well as any follow up, maintenance or sanitation issues that need to be addressed. Yankee Pest Control provides service to the hospital daily Monday thru Friday for a minimum of four hours but is available 7 days per week in the event of any urgent or emergency issues.
