- This constituent has reported numerous times to BHS & ISD (Case #5091283, 5006268 & 5006260). The bathroom adjacent to Apt. 11 has a broken toilet and then the toilet in Apt. #11 backs up and overflows all over the floor; 4 Apartments using 1 drain pipe; BHA has done nothing in 2 years to accomodate this tenant.
