- Excessive rat activity at 61 Bailey st. Rats observed entering and exiting the basement at all hours as well as nesting in a pile of household trash (carpet) in the backyard. Please note that bait boxes on the adjoining property are maintained by 59 bailey and have not been sufficient to control the problem at 61 Bailey.
