- Constituent is the landlord for 25 Ridgeway ln, apt 3 and has tried for the last 3 years to schedule a successful return inspection with Short Term Rental to inspect her unit after making the repairs. Constituent has had serious health issues that have impeeded her ability to attend different appointments and there have been multiple instances of ISD inspectors not showing up to do the inspection. Constituent is currently in recovery at this time and has an inspection scheduled for 10/3 but will not be able to attend in person. Constituent is reaching out to ISD in order to see if they can have either a representative from her Property Management Company or one of her current tennants meet with the inspector for the scheduled inspection. Otherwise, is it possible to schedule the inspection for a later date so that the constituent can attend in person and is able to travel. | : [Is there an apartment number?: [3]
