Noted. The trees in question were not planted by the BPRD Urban Forestry Division and are not cared for by the BPRD UFD. The trees and tree pits at this location were installed by the abutting property owner. The trees at this location are under a maintenance agreement with the Public Works Public Improvement Commission and the abutting property owner. The abutting property owner is responsible to maintain and replace the trees at this location.
