- No lights along Freeport Street, Dorchester between Morrissey Blvd and Mill Street/Route 93 South on-ramp. This area is extremely dark at night as there are no lights working along this stretch, especially at the pedestrian crosswalk at the Mill Street intersection. If there was a pedestrian in the crosswalk a driver would not see them. This is a very dangerous area in the dark.
