- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states this building burnt down years ago and has been left abandoned since. It is in horrible condition, and attracting lots of rodents. Which will only get worse as the weather gets colder. Asking to please have this addressed for the sake of the neighbors surrounding this property. Case sent to CE as well, case #101006317598]

Noted. I done a inspection multiple times on the property grounds I can not access the property grounds cause the owner has a locked fence securing the vacant property grounds What w can see from the streets no rat burrow holes I have a few times sent to code enforcement department for inspection of overgrown vegation.
