- Are broken street lights no longer a category? Athens Street in South Boston between D and E Streets is pitch dark: there is one street light out near 250 Athens, and a second one that was removed and never replaced near 264 Athens. Also, E Street between Athens and West Broadway is also pitch dark, since both street lights on that block (one on each side) are out. Please fix, it is pitch dark in the whole area. Many thanks!
