- 517 Columbus Avenue Colette Cafe. Refer to the Outdoor Dining Program page 13 #2 Barriers which states "Barriers and other materials cannot be placed over utility access points or street light pull boxes or in a way that interferes with storm drains". As you can see from the photos, the patio area is interfering with the proper water drainage. Please investigate ticket and remove patio area immediately.
