- 517 Columbus Avenue Colette Cafe. Refer to page 9 of the Outdoor Dining Program for 2025 which states "Permittees are responsible for the daily maintenance and cleaning of the area inside and around the outside of the patio zone". Page 26 continues starting "The area MUST be kept clean of trash, food, and other debris". As you can see from the photos, this is not happening. Please investigate ticket and remove the patio zone immediately. This is a residential and historic neighborhood. Thank you.
