- Upstairs unit has extremely bright deck exterior lights, often left on all night. It is so bright that the entire building across from them cannot sleep due to the light coming into our unit. We asked them to adjust the light or consider a timer, but they are unwilling. Deck light is not in code and is extremely disruptive to others.
