- Constituent states that the landlord has not allowed Verizon access to the building to replace the out of service copper cables with fiber optic cables. Constituent states the landlord physically blocked the verizon company from coming in and the landlord would not respond at all. Constituent states a lot of residents have experienced this issue and she has been in an unsafe situation without phone service for about a year. Constituent is highly concerned by this issue and requests immediate assistance resolving it.
