- We have lived in our rental for almost 3 years, we have been asking the upstairs neighbors multiple times to stop yelling, screaming, Spanish music, dragging furniture, letting their children run back and forth as we work from home. They also leave all the doors and windows open from there apartment so you can hear everything . It starts everyday at 7am and doesn’t end till about 11pm, pops up at 3 am when they get home from driving uber drive. And It’s only quiet if they aren’t home. They also have 5-7 people ( wife husband 2 kids, a cousin and a grandma living in a 2 bedroom apartment ) we told them if it continues we would file a report as it’s been 3 years and we have tried to reach out multiple times ( upwards of 50 times )
