- Constituent states bedroom ceiling is leaking and landlord is unresponsive. The buckets of water are filling up fast. Also concerened with mold because previous tenants stated this happened in kitchen and ceiling collapsed and was just covered with spackle. Also had a power outage this weekend and he was unresponsive, had to call previous tenants to figure out how to reset the power themselves to get it back on.
