- Trash. This is a repeating issue; residential trash is placed alongside my commercial property. When I reported this last month, the inspector erroneously fined me! I have to pay a contractor to pick up my trash. Their trash should never be placed beside my property. The pickup is today and this will probably be “resolved” before an inspector arrives. Please have your people monitor the location. Thank you
