- Significant bathroom ceiling leak over shower and resultant water damage, not adequately addressed by building maintenance for approx 2 weeks. Worsening water damage lead to larger leak and subsequent hole giving way in ceiling. Plumbers sent by landlord and eventually building opened up damaged ceiling, exposing rotting wood, mold/mildew and other debris. Leaking pipe repair not planned until 10/21, ceiling repair even later. In meantime, plastic covering over hole placed by building but has come down several times.
