- Hello, I'd like to report a noisy party. I can tell there were about 6 or 7 people—men and women—inside the apartment, listening to loud music, talking, and laughing loudly. It seems like a neighbor complained, so they moved to the back porch. They continue to be very loud, laughing, and slamming doors.
