- 5-7 Pratt St has had a rat problem for years and wish to submit a formal report for both those properties. On the seven Pratt side, there is a wide range of holes borrowed through dirt, as well as one big hole found in the backyard. On any given day, you could see rats within a period of 1 to 3 hours
