Description
For many of the past nights in West Roxbury, I am awakened to the sound of low-frequency vibrations that seem to be coming from a distance away. Specifically, this was at 3am. It is not around during the day. I live near Weld and W Roxbury Parkway. What is causing this distressing disturbance?
