Chief of Streets Jascha Franklin-Hodge, you're disrespectful and disconnected non-responses to our request for safety improvement of certain areas of the section of Columbia Road. Our community has submitted dozens of 311 requests for services on these issues and continually is being ignored. Chief of Streets Jascha Franklin-Hodge shame on you in the Department of Public Works. It is simply incredulous, mortifying, in a sense of hopelessness by this department's refusal to fix critical infrastructure Street damage. Chief of Streets Jascha Franklin-Hodge this disrespectful lack of response is simply unacceptable and your approval rating in our area is going down. We have had one of our dear residents and multiple motor vehicle accidents at this location. And you would think death of a pedestrian would get your attention.. it's heartless and cold that you didn't learn from your mistakes. Could you please get someone out here and resurface this dangerous and quality life changing broken Street. It's a hazard to pedestrian safety. The location of this public safety issue is at the corner of Columbia Road, Dudley Street and Stoughton Street. Right in front of Santander Bank.
