- Observed increased rodent activity @ 305 Chestnut Avenue. Now have rat activity across from 305 Chestnut Avenue into adjacent yard and borrows and rat droppings. Please reinspect for proper maintenance of traps and bait stations. Also, that workers dispose of food waste properly because food waste can be seen on the street in front of 305 Chestnut Avenue
