Description: Location: Dumpster located 228 long parking lot.The dumpster is located at the end of the parking lot. The apartment complex is called Pama Gardens. The dumpster is owned by them. The constituent states the poor conditions of this dumpster is creating a huge rat infestation in this area. I do see a history of Foster st of poor conditions of property. The rats is entering the property of this constituent located on Chiswick rd. It is getting worse and He would like the city to come out and inspect this area. The rats is eating his foundation around the house. The constituent states the city needs to assist with this issue. Requesting assistance with this matter. | Witnessed incident: [Yes]
