No one is entitled to park their private vehicles on public streets. The city has public transit available or you can walk or bike. Chinatown is very accessible by public transit - you should have researched how to get to work before applying. Don’t be so dramatic. Everyone pays for parking in the city because it’s not a right, it’s a privilege.
